The Senior Manager - Total Rewards will be responsible for the design and implementation of the total rewards philosophy aligned with organizational strategy. This role will focus on salary design, performance management, policy and benefits review, employee recognition initiatives, and supporting various HR projects across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze compensation and benefits trends in the industry.
- Lead job evaluations to ensure fair pay across roles within the organization.
- Design and communicate compensation policies and benefits programs.
- Coordinate compensation processes like annual salary planning, bonus planning, and incentive scheme development.
- Drive performance management, including goal sheet alignment and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with HR business heads to ensure alignment with the Total Rewards philosophy.
Requirements:
- A management graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience in the Total Rewards function.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits systems and policies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
