Responsibilities:

 

  1. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize business performance.
  2. Analyze test results and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and solutions.
  4. Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
  5. Apply advanced analytics techniques to inform critical decisions and optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

   1.  Experience: 3–8 years in analytics or A/B testing.   

  1. Skills: Expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  2. Tools: Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely) and programming (Python, SQL, or R).
  3. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  4. Communication: Strong analytical and presentation skills.
