Our domain expert consultants work closely with you to understand your talent needs and stop at nothing less than finding the best match for the role & someone who is well aligned with the company’s vision. If a qualified candidate is successfully placed, a recruitment fee is charged based on a percentage of the new hire’s annual salary.

**Crescendo Global does not charge any fee from the candidate at any stage of its recruitment process nor allows its employees to collect any fees from any candidates.

Refund policy:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, if an instance of issuing a refund or adjustments arises for the amount already received, the client can opt for the same as per the T&Cs of the agreement.

Shipping policy:

Based upon the nature of services being undertaken by Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India P. Ltd., we are out of the purview of the shipping policy.
