Responsibilities:

1. Managing employee life cycle and records seamlessly.
2. Ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience across locations.
3. Handling timely employee confirmations and updates.
4. Coordinating across teams and stakeholders for efficient operations.
5. Delivering actionable insights through market intelligence and process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
2. Skills: Strong knowledge of employee life cycle management, human resources practices, and employee relations.
3. Proficiency: MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
4. Personal Attributes: Team player, excellent communication, self-organized, and ability to multitask.
5. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (MBA, MMS, or similar)
