Are you an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in the banking and financial services sector? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to lead hiring for a global risk business and drive impactful talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business heads to forecast demand and develop effective hiring strategies.

  2. Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring performance targets are met.

  3. Provide insights on talent pools and trends across regions to inform recruitment strategies.

  4. Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent.

  5. Develop and manage sourcing channels to meet hiring goals.

  6. Ensure hiring targets are met within SLAs, focusing on quality, time-to-fill, and cost per hire.

  7. Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives from inception to execution, including branding and communication.

  8. Negotiate offers and ensure competitive packages in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years in HR/Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years managing TA teams in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

  2. Experience in recruiting for Analytics, Equity, Credit Risk, and technology roles is preferred.

  3. Proven ability to lead a team and handle complex situations.

  4. Experience with global stakeholders and clients, particularly in banking and financial services.

  5. Strong communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
