Quantitative Research Analyst – Google Analytics – 3-5 Years - Bangalore
We are seeking a talented Qualitative Research Analyst with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Analytics and Power BI. Expertise in Google Analytics is essential. The ideal candidate will excel in providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations by thoroughly analyzing data. Responsibilities:
- Using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) to clean and analysing data from market research surveys, identifying key trends and insights.
- Developing clear, actionable research reports in PowerPoint based on your Excel analyses.
- Supporting the design, development, and programming of market research surveys using online platforms like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey.
- Analyzing web traffic data with Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic patterns, click events, and user behavior, aiding in UX research and analysis.
- Performing competitive analysis by capturing screenshots and documenting key customer journeys, then presenting these findings to illustrate how competitors and other digital businesses present information.
Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for conducting detailed quantitative analyses and creating data visualizations.
- Proficient in developing PowerPoint reports based on Excel analyses.
- Experience with marketing data feeds and analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to marketing and sales teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to stay current with advances in statistical methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Experience with programming market research surveys using platforms like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey is a plus.
