Specialist/Team Manager - Internal Communication - 3+ Years - Bangalore/Pune

- Managing multiple internal communication channels to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Producing diverse content, including videos, infographics, and articles, to captivate the workforce.
- Supporting leadership in organizing town halls, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and meet communication needs effectively.
- Measuring success by establishing KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in internal communications.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Teams.
- MBA or equivalent in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
