- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and decision-makers in the industry
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of 10+ years in B2B and B2C sales within the consumer appliances/electronics industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
