Summary – Seeking a Professional who can manage a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors, concentrating exclusively on their development and retention without recruiting new advisors. The main duty is to ensure the consistent activation and retention of these advisors on a month-to-month basis, fostering ongoing engagement and performance.

Their policies include options for term insurance, investment plans, and retirement solutions, catering to various customer needs and financial goals.

Responsibilities –

1. Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of advisors.
2. Encourage productive behaviours within the team of advisors.
3. Consistently meet sales plan targets and achieve sales standards.
4. Maintain and enhance sales quality by upholding persistency standards.
5. Train and develop advisors for new product launches and policy revisions.
6. Ensure advisor attendance at training sessions and GO-meetings.

Requirements –

1. A graduate with over three years of experience, including at least two years in the insurance sector
2. A proven sales track record, particularly in life insurance.
3. Familiarity with skills in supervision & development of teams, strong networking.
4. Experience in a cross-sell sales team
