Advisor/Sr. Advisor – FP&A – 4-10 Years – Mumbai
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advisor/Sr. Advisor in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in FP&A, and will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to collect financial data and insights for effective budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Evaluating financial performance and offer recommendations to enhance financial processes and increase profitability.
- Creating financial models and scenarios to facilitate decision-making and support business planning.
- Developing comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, delivering valuable insights.
- Assisting in the enhancement and optimization of FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial planning software, and ERP systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
