Responsibilities:
Strong experience in solution design and proposing solutions based on complex business requirements
Must be an expert in AEM
Strong working knowledge of wider Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite technologies & capabilities
Proven ability with AEM development and AEM Content Management system
Experience designing modules and components
Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM
Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR and CRX
Experience leading large-sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
Experience conceptualizing, designing, building and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions
Requirements:Overall 10+ years of industry experience and predominantly in Content Management System
At least 6 years of specific AEM experience is mandatory
5+ years handling technical and/or business teams in customer-facing function
Act as a subject matter expert on AEM and related technologies, specifically Adobe Target, Launch & Analytics
Collaborate with the business development team
Experience with CI/CD and team collaboration tools – JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins etc
Understanding of Agile/scrum project planning execution, risk management and resource management
Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts
