We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager, CA qualified, with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop finance strategies aligned with business operations. Responsibilities include managing financial goals, influencing senior leaders, co-owning the financial plan, overseeing revenue, margin, and working capital governance, and ensuring accurate financial closures.
Location-Bangalore/ Kolkata/ Gurugram

Responsibilities:
- Guiding global cross-functional teams in crafting finance strategies
- Overseeing financial goals to enhance cost efficiency and supplier relationships
- Advising senior leaders on strategic direction for their functional areas
- Sharing responsibility for the financial plan of the portfolio with the portfolio lead
- Managing revenue and margin governance
- Overseeing working capital governance and management information systems (MIS) for the business unit
- Ensuring precise month-end and quarter-end financial closures
- Building robust business finance partnerships with all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- CA qualification(2018- 2020)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions
- Proactive attitude and quick learning ability.
