Assistant Manager-Payroll & Compliance-6+ Years'-Mumbai

Hiring Professionals with 6+ years of experience in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, F&F Calculations, Employee Reimbursement & HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including statutory deductions and compliance.

  2. Handle end-to-end full and final settlements for outgoing employees.

  3. Manage employee reimbursement processes efficiently and transparently.

  4. Stay updated with changing regulations and ensure compliance with local laws.

  5. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on payroll-related queries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.

  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.

  3. Minimum headcount managed must be-5000 employees

  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Mumbai.

  5. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
