Associate Director Finance 10+ years - Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller with a background in group reporting, consolidation, and audit management. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Ind AS, US GAAP, and risk management, with a proven ability to handle financial consolidation and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing stakeholder relationships across internal audits, statutory audits, and finance functions.
2. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of annual financial reports, press releases, and presentations.
3. Continuously evaluate and update changes in accounting standards (Ind AS & US GAAP), changes in regulations and proactively perform change management
4. Overseeing monthly closure processes, balance sheet reviews, and consolidation of financials.
5. Performing qualitative variance analysis, risk assessment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Leading and supporting transversal projects to enhance financial reporting and controls at the group level.
7. Preparing, reviewing and Owning Annual Report requirement (Standalone Financials, Consolidated Financials, Finance Section in Directors Report.
Requirements:
1. Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience, especially in consolidation and reporting.
2. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, US GAAP, financial controls, and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
3. Proficient in MS Excel, business analysis, and risk management with a focus on process improvement.
4. Strong team management, communication skills, and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
