We are seeking an Associate Director Projects and Maintenance having background in civil engineering, project management consultancy (PMC), and a proven track record of handling large-scale office projects

Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Oversee the complete planning, execution, and delivery of both small and large office projects across PAN India.
- Supervise and manage civil, MEP, interiors, and design works for new office setups and renovations.
- Ensure coordination with internal teams, architects, and service designers for proper design, layout planning, and service integration.
- Electromechanical Equipment Management:
- Take responsibility for the smooth operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems owned by the company, including lifts, air conditioning systems, electrical infrastructure, UPS power for critical and non-critical devices.
- Tendering and RFP Process:
- Have thorough knowledge and experience in tendering and the RFP process.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations for various packages and monitor market trends for costs associated with interior and MEP works.
- Green Building Certification:
- Preferably have direct experience working on green building-certified projects, ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.
- Layout Design & AutoCAD:
- Capable of designing small layouts (up to 30-seater offices) and working closely with design teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred) for layout and design planning.
- MEP Services & Systems:
- Knowledgeable in MEP services and designs, including safety and security systems like fire fighting, fire alarm systems, gas suppression systems, VESDA, CCTV, and other systems necessary for data centers.
Requirements
- Education:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or a degree in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the corporate industry, particularly in the planning, execution, and delivery of office projects (civil, MEP, interiors).
- Experience managing both small and large-scale projects, including interior works and PMC oversight.
