Associate Director - US/UK Payroll Solutions - 20+ years

Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to join HRO & Payroll practice as an Associate Director. The role focuses on HRO solutioning and transformation projects within the BPO industry, specializing in global payroll operations for the US and UK. This individual will lead client workshops, present solutions, and handle client orals, requiring strong client-facing skills, executive presence, and flexibility in working shifts (EMEA or US hours).

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of HRO solutions, including conducting client workshops, solution presentations, and orals.
- Act as a domain expert in global payroll operations (US & UK) to drive transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to create comprehensive HRO outsourcing solutions.
- Oversee continuous process improvement initiatives, including monitoring KPIs and optimizing payroll processes.
- Support transition and change management activities to ensure the seamless transfer of HRO processes to the organization.
Requirements:
- 23-28 years of experience in HRO & Payroll practices, with expertise in solutioning and transformation projects within the BPO industry.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and executive presence skills, with experience in workshops, solution presentations, and orals.
- Proven experience in global payroll operations for the US and UK, including payroll controls and testing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (EMEA or US hours) and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred, with advanced proficiency in English.
