Take ownership of all operations in research- Primary & secondary research, and client relationships, team management, deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, and lead a dynamic team. Drive strategy for this rapidly growing business line, and help clients across multiple sectors tackle disruption and accelerate business growth.

Location: Mumbai/Kolkata/Gurugram/Bangalore

Your Future Employer: Our client is a leading global data and insights, market research, and consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring high-quality client deliverables with actionable insights.
2. Independently manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle and act as an account manager for specific client accounts.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop relevant solutions, create proposals, and help close deals.
4. Define success metrics for the delivery team, manage recruitment, training, and daily operations.
5. Stay abreast of market trends, client needs, and develop solutions that address emerging challenges.

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience with extensive market research expertise, especially in primary, secondary, custom, and GTM research for B2B clients.
2. Proven project management and team management skills, having led teams of 40-60 members.
3. Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, and project costing.
4. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence international clients, particularly in the US market.
5. Strong presales and solutioning skills, with expertise in storyboarding, problem-solving, and insights generation.
