Responsibilities:
• Post-graduate in any discipline
• 10-15 yrs of experience specifically in the insurance domain (Life, Health & General insurance)
Team Management –
• Manage a team of senior and junior team members ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including claims, within the allocated TAT
• Monitor team’s performance metrics ensuring weekly/monthly/quarterly targets are met
• Leverage domain experience and knowledge to improve team’s performance and process enhancement
Business Development -
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify sales opportunities and develop and execute strategies accordingly
Requirements:
• Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
• Team handling experience is mandatory
