Responsibilities: 

  1. Achieving business sales targets in alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Managing working capital by ensuring timely payment collections and optimizing stock levels.
  3. Strengthening relationships with key accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
  4. Expanding and managing channel partners effectively to maximize revenue opportunities.
  5. Enhancing customer engagement and increasing the inquiry base.
  6. Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance for reporting and audits. 

Requirements: 

  1. Educational Qualification: BE/Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years (engineering background) or 4 years (general graduation) of relevant experience.
  3. Strong execution skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  4. Proven ability to manage and nurture key accounts and channel partnerships.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-first approach.
