Role and Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BigQuery administration, including platform setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BigQuery usage and performance.
- Understanding of best practices for BigQuery usage, including data partitioning, clustering, and optimization techniques.
- Experience in platform monitoring to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Ability to identify and implement tuning strategies to optimize query performance and reduce costs.
- A typical work day will involve working with stakeholders in an individual contributor capacity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or similar technical degree.
- Exposure to US general insurance market preferred
