Seeking an experienced Branch Manager with 4+ years of sales experience in PL/BL/LAP products and expertise in Hyderabad market with team management skills.

Responsibilities:
Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch
Ensure sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds
Provide superior customer experience
Manage TATs on credit & processing
Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies Monitoring Performance
Requirement-
Should have experience in secured loans , LAP etc
At least 6 + yrs of experience in sales – Direct Sales, In Market sourcing etc..
Good Hyderabad Market Experience
2 yrs of Team handling experience
