Branch Manager – Retail Assets - 7+ years (4+ Years in Retail Assets)

Location- Chennai- Thiruverkadu/Sembium/Thiruvottriyur

Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail assets team and drive exceptional performance. If you excel in managing branch profitability, setting and achieving targets, and fostering a motivated team, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:

A) Profitability Management:

1.Maintain and optimize branch profitability through strategic management and operational excellence.

2.Monitor and manage branch targets, including numbers and volumes.

B) Portfolio Quality Management:

1.Ensure superior underwriting standards and work closely with collections to maintain portfolio quality.

2.Control delinquencies and fraud, ensuring compliance with credit and operational policies.

c)Cost Management:

1.Oversee all branch operating costs, including acquisition and operational expenses.

2.Implement cost-control measures to optimize branch financial performance.

d.)People Management:

1.Motivate and manage branch staff, handling HR and administrative functions effectively.

2.Drive team performance, manage employee retention, and mentor staff to enhance productivity.

3.Conduct regular meetings, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.

e.)Customer Experience Management:

1.Ensure a superior customer experience across all touchpoints, including collections, pre-closures, and service issues.

2.Manage turnaround times (TATs) on credit and processing to enhance customer satisfaction.

3.Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.

F.)Performance Monitoring:

1.Track branch performance against key drivers, including contributed value, volumes, profitability, expenses, and losses.

2.Analyze and improve metrics related to employee performance, productivity, and customer experience.

Requirements:

1.7-8 years in branch management, with at least 4 years specifically in Retail Assets.

2.Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability to drive team performance and create a professional, enthusiastic work culture.

3.Planning & Execution: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage branch operations effectively.

4.Credit & Operational Risk Understanding: In-depth knowledge of credit risks and operational risks.

5.Change Management: Ability to manage and implement changes, taking complete ownership of branch operations.
