Business Process Analyst - Risk & Compliance - 1-3 Years - Mumbai
A position as a Process Analyst specializing in non-financial risk management, requiring at least one year of experience in utilizing tools such as ORM, BCP, and TPRM throughout the entire lifecycle of Product Development or Risk compliance, with a mandatory understanding of GRC.

Responsibilities:
1. Being part of the Callisto product family, which includes offerings in non-financial risk management like ORM, BCP, TPRM, compliance management, and Internal Audit.
2. Spearheading pre-sales efforts for products, including responding to RFPs, creating marketing materials, and establishing methodologies and workflows for product development. Leading product development using our No-code platform, Revolutio, alongside the team.
3. Crafting and overseeing data tables and models for the products.
4. Conducting GUI flow testing and ensuring the accuracy of developed functionalities/features throughout the application.
5. Reporting bugs and requesting features to the platform team and coordinating their resolution.
6. Autonomously managing day-to-day internal development projects.
7. Offering assistance to the implementation team regarding product-related inquiries.
Requirements:
1. BFSI industry experience is necessary.
2. Sales and P&L targets for the product
3. Collection targets for the product implementations.
