Cluster Head - Advisor Development & Retention- 5+ Years - Kanpur
Location: Kanpur
Summary:
The Cluster Head will manage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers (ADRMs), each overseeing 15 to 30 existing advisors. The primary focus is on driving month-on-month activation and retention of advisors, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high sales quality standards. This role involves training and development, problem-solving, and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities:
Drive input behaviors and sales activities of the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.
Ensure the team consistently meets their sales targets and maintains high-quality sales standards.
Train and develop ADRMs and advisors on new product launches and policy updates.
Ensure high attendance rates for training sessions and group meetings (GO-meets).
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues faced by the team of ADRMs and advisors.
Requirements:
Graduate with at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the insurance sector (preferably life insurance).
Proven sales track record, particularly in cross-sell sales.
Experience in leading and developing teams.
Strong relationship-building capability, result orientation, and a go-getter attitude.
Ability to operate in a challenging, changing environment and work collaboratively.
