Location – Multiple locations
We are looking out for civil or mechanical engineers carrying 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry.
You will come with considerable experience in managing steel, cement, petrochemical or other infrastructure development projects.

Responsibilities -
- Conducting project review meetings with key stakeholders on the project site.
- Guiding the clients and demonstrating various review mechanisms, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & process disciplines on site.
- Ensuring process adherence and highlighting any deviations.
- Monitoring and presenting the project process through various available tools.
- Managing & driving the projects in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) domain for getting the desired results.
Requirements -
- B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a Tier 1 campus.
- M.Tech from IITs (Madras, Bombay, Delhi), NITs (Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli) or NICMR, Pune.
- 3 to 6 years of on-site experience in managing the construction or infrastructure development process.
- Possess in-depth understanding of on-site construction related activities like civil, piping, mechanical, as well as E&I related works.
- Prior experience of working on-site in remote locations.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and team handling skills.
