Manager/Sr.Manager Customer Analytics (7-12 years)-Mumbai/Delhi
Here is an exciting opportunity for the position Manager/Sr. Manager customer analytics with experience of 7-12 years along with the expertise of customer experience, customer acquisition, customer retention, customer churn, Loyalty, customer lifetime value, marketing analytics, Pricing Analytics. The ideal candidate would be the one having strong experience of SQL, R, Python or other tools to analyze large and complex datasets.

Responsibilities :-
Reviewing client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, process design documents, test strategies, and plans) to ensure the quality of content and presentation aligned with a statement of work and A&M standards
Leading relevant business development efforts, including account building, pursuits, practice development, and eminence
Strong and efficient PowerPoint presentation skills
Ability to perform hands-on work in projects including writing code, and conducting analyses in addition to managing/ mentoring team members and projects
Requirements :-
B. Tech / MBA / Master's in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with 7-12 years of experience in executing and leveraging data analytics for solving complex business problems in the Customer & Marketing Analytics
Proven professional experience in customer analytics roles in Consumer Products, Retail, or other sectors; either in industry and/or in consulting.
Experience in leading delivery of data-driven Customer experience and analytics products & transformational engagements in related areas
Deep knowledge and experience in operationalizing analytics from one or more of the following domain areas: Customer experience, customer acquisition, customer retention, customer churn, Loyalty, customer lifetime value, marketing analytics, Pricing Analytics, etc.
Hand-on experience using SQL, R, Python, or other tools to analyze large and complex datasets
Strong proficiency with statistical concepts and ability to apply these concepts to develop models and solve statistical problems related to supply chain and related areas
Experience in applying analytical techniques i.e., Predictive Analytics, Clustering, Segmentation, Forecasting, Optimization, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex analytical results and concepts clearly and concisely to all levels
