Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Design and implement learning and development programs
- Analyze training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in HRBP and L&D roles
- Proven track record of implementing successful L&D initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
