Sr. Tech Lead – Devsecops – 7+ years (Gurgaon)
Currently seeking a professional holding overall 7+ years of strong experience in DevSecOps current setup review and next level modernization review & SRE experience in managing a team.
Location – Gurgaon

Responsibilities –
- Implementing end-to-end automated application Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for new and existing applications.
- Managing and supporting existing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, ensuring zero security defects before release.
- Custodian of SOPs, documentation, JIRA, incidents in ITSM tool, and proactive automation opportunity tracking.
- Monitoring DevSecOps resources, track day-to-day tasks, and ensure 100% uptime for all DevSecOps tools.
- Driving the adoption of best DevSecOps practices, educate application owners, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Achieving goals such as reducing deployment frequency, moving applications to E2E DevSecOps platform, and automating fixes through Jenkins Pipeline.
Requirements –
- 6+ years of experience in DevSecOps and SRE management.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./BTech preferable).
- Expertise in DevSecOps tools (Git, Maven, Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, Security Tools, etc.).
- Experience in CI/CD solutions using Jenkins, security tools (SAST, DAST), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy, YAML), and monitoring tools (Geneos, Nagios, Prometheus).
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and hands-on experience with AppDynamics, AWS CW, PingDom, DataDog, etc.
