Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize system rollout considering geographic specific requirements
- Lead technical design & configurations for SuccessFactors HXM Suite & Employee Central Payroll
- Coach and lead a team of SF and SAP Consultants
- Develop and nurture teams for post-go-live application support
- Participate in Blueprint and design workshops, translating functional requirements to technical solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Extensive experience with SuccessFactors HXM suite and payroll systems
- Hands-on experience in custom business processes, workflows, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and CPI Stack
- Deep understanding of payroll systems and integration
- Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills
