Responsibilities-
- Lead and manage the Power Utility and Regulatory Practice, providing strategic direction for the team
- Engage with clients to deliver high-impact solutions in the Power and Utility sector
- Conduct financial due diligence and regulatory reporting for infrastructure projects
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the firm in industry forums
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall objectives of the practice
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 12+ years of experience in Power Utility, Regulatory Affairs, and Infrastructure Advisory
- Strong understanding of financial due diligence and regulatory reporting in the energy sector
- Proven ability to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
