Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a large environment of 600+ physical and virtual servers.
- Troubleshoot server hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clusters for high availability.
- Address and resolve issues related to DHCP and DNS services.
- Monitor server activity, perform software upgrades, and resolve technical problems.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Configure and troubleshoot Hardware RAID setups.
- Work with virtualization technologies, including VMware or Hyper-V; experience with Nutanix is a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in server management.
- Proven ability to manage both physical and virtual servers in a large-scale environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with server hardware and software.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices preferred.
- Experience across multiple operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and configurations.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Hardware RAID setups.
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization; Nutanix experience is advantageous.
