You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with global financial standards while driving operational efficiency and process optimization across our regional finance organization.

Responsibilities -
- Monitor and steer the organization to ensure compliance with global standard processes.
- Drive operational performance through compliance and efficiency KPIs.
- Support timely and efficient financial closing processes and accurate IFRS reporting.
- Collaborate with Shared Service Centres and local finance teams to resolve financial queries.
Requirements -
- Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Controlling.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS and end-to-end processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP FI/CO module.
