Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the BFS sector.
Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and associated quality requirements.
Proven track record in implementing quality initiatives and driving process improvements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
