Your Future Employer-Be a part of a global insurance leader, this division specializes in personal and commercial insurance, offering tailored risk management solutions. Leveraging its parent company's resources, it delivers innovative
services across property, casualty, actuarial, and claims management, ensuring customer-focused results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and debug software systems to meet users' needs.
- Collaborate with users, providing updates and status reports.
- Support production systems and ensure system quality.
- Conduct code reviews and improve test coverage.
- Implement automated tests and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide training on test automation tools and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant QA experience in P&C insurance, particularly with Guidewire.
- 2+ years of test automation experience.
- Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Java, Jenkins, Postman, and JMeter.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and API testing.
- Insurance experience highly desired, Intact/RSA claims knowledge an asset.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
