Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze, design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as BI, OAC, and OTBI to extract and analyze HR data
- Interpret data to identify trends, forecast HR metrics, and provide actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HRIS processes
- Assist in the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience as an HRIS Analyst with a strong focus on analytics
- Proficiency in BI, OAC, and OTBI tools
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
