    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across multiple sales channels including Omni, IFA, Remiser, Branch, and PCG. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
    2. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts for life, health, and general insurance products. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are generated through referrals, networking, and online platforms.
    3. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. Work closely with the advisory teams to support customer retention.
    4. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Initiate and manage cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers. Collaborate with the sales team to align products with customer needs.
    5. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets and growth.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in business, finance, or marketing).
    2. Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of life, health, and general insurance products, including features, benefits, and regulations.
    3. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
