CA Qualified- Internal Audit- (3+ Years)
We are looking for a qualified CA or MBA with at least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Based Audits.
Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk-based audits, scoping the audit, detailed testing of the scope area, agreeing findings.
- Documenting the results of audit work in accordance with the internal requirements and IIA standards.
- Completing assigned tasks within the allocated budgeted hours and escalate any challenges including the root cause for review to the Audit Manager timely.
- Drafting finding (s) for the audit report, and on occasion draft the full audit report, for review by the Audit Manager, formulating and drafting recommendations in response to control concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Performing follow up to monitor adequacy and timely completion of remediation plans.
- Completing the audit assignments in accordance with the Global Audit Manual and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards) promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors, local regulators and Industry guidance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CA)/ MBA is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Internal Audit public accounting and/or industry dealing (Big 4 experience highly desired).
