- Design, develop, and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs
- Analyze market trends to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits are aligned with industry standards and remain competitive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate the value of the organization's benefits package
- Develop and execute communication strategies to increase employee understanding and appreciation of the organization’s benefits
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis to support compensation decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
