Responsibilities
- Lead and develop advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics to solve business challenges.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Take ownership of the full model lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business operations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering collaboration.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in data science and model development, with at least 3+ years in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) industry.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning algorithms (regression, classification).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to manage client relationships.
- Leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project success.
