Responsibilities -
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new and renewing clients, ensuring all essential documents and details are entered into systems for binding activities.
- Sales Cycle Support: Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting and renewals.
- Administrative Support: Support producers and sales teams with administrative tasks and ad-hoc activities.
Requirements -
- Experience: 7-10 years in P&C insurance and operations.
- Sales Force (SFDC): Proficiency in SFDC application is an advantage.
- Portals: Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Client Interaction: Experience with onshore client/stakeholder interaction, both virtual and in-person.
- Visa: Valid U.S. Visa required.
