Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations of all administrative & FM responsibilities.
- Supervising facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, communication system, Guest Relations, Guest Houses, Repairs & Maintenance.
- Responsible for Transportation, Residential Complex, Laundry & Linen, Security, Gardening & Landscaping,
- Facility management: Ensuring that the physical environment of the organization is safe, clean, and comfortable for employees and visitors.
- This may include managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and security.
- Asset management: Managing the acquisition, inventory, and disposal of assets such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This may include developing asset management policies and procedures,
- Vendor management: Overseeing the selection, contracting, and performance of vendors and service providers that support the organization's operations.
- Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for the administration and infrastructure function.
- Compliance management: Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to facilities, assets, and services.
- Ensure availability of adequate and trained contract associates as per the business requirements
- Facilitate plant in conducting customer, statutory and social audits.
- Achieve best practices in admin and ensure cost effectiveness
Requirements:
- 12+ Years of experience into handling large scale properties.
- Any Graduate with PGDBM/ MBA in Human Resources/ Personnel Management
