We are seeking a sales professional with expertise in credit ratings, credit bureaus, or research services, and 4-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, and Stakeholder Management within the BFSI (Banking/NBFC) sector. About the Employer: A leading research, analytics, and credit rating firm in India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive strategic initiatives with key accounts in the BFSI space, including Banks, NBFCs, and Wealth Managers, to enhance wallet share and deepen engagement.
  2. Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations with C-level executives.
  3. Oversee the creation and management of sales goals, business retention objectives, and travel budgets.
  4. Develop strategic relationships and create significant opportunities with key stakeholders, introducing new solutions and offerings to the market.
  5. Monitor the sales pipeline for the team, ensuring monthly targets are met, while providing mentorship and coaching at various levels.

Requirements:

  1. An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, with 2-10 years of experience in consultative sales or key account management within the BFSI/Banking domain, and a strong understanding of research, rating, or bureau services.
  2. Proven experience in engaging and managing senior-level stakeholders in the BFSI, MFI, Banking, and NBFC sectors.
  3. Expertise in managing the entire sales cycle, from deal origination to negotiations, increasing wallet share, and market penetration with existing clients.
