Manager - Business HR

 

Exciting opportunity for HR Professionals with 8 to 10 years of experience.

As the Manager - Business HR, you will provide end-to-end Business Partnering HR support for designated business units. You will be responsible for advisory and solutioning across the employee lifecycle in areas of people management, ensuring strong stakeholder management, and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping HR strategies that align with organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals: Create HR policies and strategies that support the overall business objectives.

  2. Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle and implement effective onboarding programs.

  3. Lead employee development initiatives and training programs: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  4. Drive employee engagement and performance management: Develop strategies to foster a positive work environment and implement performance management systems.

  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on employment legislation: Monitor and adhere to changes in employment laws and regulations.

  6. Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs: Develop compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and motivate employees.

  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and address employee grievances empathetically.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. MBA or PGDBA in HR/General Management.

  2. 8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience preferably from Financial sector managing technology teams

  3. Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies.

  4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

  5. Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Proficient in data analytics and process orientation.

  7. Ability to handle employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity, and empathy.
