Manager - Corporate Actions - 13+ Years - Chennai/Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Corporate Actions to lead our Corporate Actions team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of global dividends, coupons, and corporate actions. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee risk management across various asset classes and geographies.
Location - Chennai/Bangalore (Needs to travel to Chennai)

Responsibilities -
- Manage the daily operations of the Dividend & Corporate Actions department, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective risk management.
- Lead and guide a team of over 45 professionals, establishing goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and uphold a strong risk management framework and control policies.
- Advance technology initiatives for the Dividend team, playing a key role in shaping the global IT strategy.
Requirements -
- Over 13 years of experience in Corporate Actions, including at least 2 years in a management role within a broker-dealer setting.
- Deep expertise in income and corporate actions across multiple asset classes.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equities, fixed income products, and global market operations.
- Skilled in SWIFT Alliance and various SWIFT message types.
