Manager - FP&A – Chennai (4-12 Years) (U.S. Shift)
Looking for a professional with four to twelve years of full-time experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. One who has done budgeting, forecasting, capita budgeting and has worked on tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Location- Chennai

Responsibilities:
Performing budgeting, planning, expense management, forecasting, splitting of budgets & building decks, ME Close, Accruals, Reclass etc.
Working on SAP, Becks (SAP reporting tool), Hyperion, BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Business partnering and strong stakeholder management – interactions include with Controllers, Biz Operations team and Vendors
Working on flash reports, management reporting,
Working on Transformation, automation journey for their client organization, what value benefits they have added as part of FP&A.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in capital budgeting, standard costing & ratio analysis.
In-depth understanding of financial statement, cash flow statement & balance sheet interpretations
Proficiency in MS office skills particularly in excel, PowerPoint and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Proficiency in ERP & reporting tools like Hyperion (Essbase / HFM)
