Manager, HRBP & HR Services – Financial Services – Hyderabad – 7-10 Years

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, HRBP & HR Services to join a dynamic team within the financial advisory and integrated solutions industry. If you have 7-10 years of experience in HR, particularly in financial, tech, or fintech firms, and are passionate about driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, this is your opportunity. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, manage hire to retire, attrition analysis,  fostering engagement, driving performance & reviews, and supporting organizational growth while leveraging your expertise in HR automation and compliance.

Location: Hyderabad,

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  2. Resolving employee concerns and driving workplace conflict resolutions.
  3. Managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Leading performance reviews and coaching leaders for high-performance cultures.
  5. Identifying training needs and conducting development programs.
  6. Supporting organizational change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions.
  7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating policies accordingly.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Financial, Tech, or Fin-Tech firms.
  2. Graduate or MBA (HR) with 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  4. Expertise in HR automation and technology.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
