Responsibilities-
- Creating & posting innovative content for internal communication.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on big and small campaigns for execution.
- Managing communication channels, including internal newsletters, email campaigns, town halls, and other platforms to deliver key messages effectively.
- Managing day-to-day engagement with different division to ensure accurate work brief is shared, and the output is as per the desired quality standards.
Requirements-
- 12+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and managing internal communication channels.
- Should have 5+ experience in managing a team.
- Bachelors/Masters is a must.
- Experience managing content for campaigns, events & programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
