Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional specializing in Finance (Non-Tech) and Fintech hiring, with expertise in lateral and campus recruitment. The role focuses on non-tech roles, blending strategic planning and hands-on hiring to meet workforce needs in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to hiring leaders' needs.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and critical roles.
- Building robust talent pipelines through diverse sourcing strategies, including social media and employee referrals.
- Creating and leveraging talent dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Driving employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.
- Leading recruitment activities such as campus hiring and high-volume hiring drives.
Requirements
- Experience: 10-12 years in recruitment, preferably in financial, tech, or fintech firms.
- Education: Graduate or MBA (HR).
- Expertise in recruitment automation tools and technologies.
- Strong assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including campus recruitment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
