Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement for Marketing, Ecommerce, Travel, SEO, and Training services, ensuring cost optimization and supplier quality.
- Manage large-scale vendor negotiations, rate cards, and supplier selection with domestic and international partners.
- Drive procurement activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluation, and e-Auctions, using tools like Ariba and Oracle.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring high satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction, supplier management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in services procurement with expertise in supplier negotiations, contracts, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Ariba, Oracle, and advanced Excel, with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and process adherence.
