Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on operational costs to identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline operations
- Prepare and present financial and operational performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations cost analysis and vendor management within the Banking & Finance industry
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and improving vendor performance
